Hotel & premises Rules

These Hotel & premisess Rules outline the rules and regulations for the duration of your stay with us and the accepted responsibility of all other guests who are staying as part of your booking at "The Leofric Legends Hotel."

The following terminology applies to these Hotel & premisess Rules: "Client," "The Guest," "The customer," "You," and "Your" refer to you, the person making the booking via this website or our email and compliant with the Company's Hotel & premisess Rules. "The Company," "Leofric Legends Limited," "The Leofric Legends Hotel," "Leofric Legends," "The Leofric Hotel," "The Hotel," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to our Company.

By accepting a booking with Us, You have agreed to the following Rules and Policies for the duration of your stay with us and assume responsibility for all other guests who are staying as part of your booking.

Failure to follow these Rules and Policies may result in you being asked to vacate the property, with no refund(s) given, and being permanently banned from any and all establishments owned by or in partnership with us.

Booking and Guests:

• The minimum age for entry into the premisess is 18.
• Children and pets are strictly prohibited.
• Guests must be able to show photo identification upon check-in.
• Please note that all special requests and optional extras are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
• Payment is required before arrival via bank transfer or card payment. Payment options and instructions will be provided after your booking details are finalized.
• All bookings can only be refunded up to 31 days before the date of check-in. Refunds before that date will be 100%.
• Refunds will ONLY be returned to the same card or account that the original payment was made. If that is not possible, no refund will be given without confirmation from the bank that the original cardholder's identity matches that of the new card.
• Booking dates can not be changed before 31 days before check-in. However, the length of stay can be extended but not reduced. These extended dates follow the same policies once confirmed.
• Check-in and Check-Out Times:
  • Check-in begins at 16:00 and ends at 22:00.
  • Check-out begins at 11:00 and ends at 13:00.
  • Please inform us in advance of your expected arrival time.

On premisess:

• Minors under 18 years of age are not permitted on the premisess. If found on the premisess, they will be immediately asked to leave along with any accompanying adults.
• Photos may be taken for marketing, promotional, or website purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please let us know.
• Tampering with any emergency fire equipment, breaking the glass of a fire alarm when no fire is evident, or smoking on the premisess will result in a minimum charge of £200, and you may be asked to vacate the property with no refund(s) given. Police and legal proceedings may also be instigated.
• You will be charged for any damage caused by you or your group during your visit with us.
• If you are intoxicated to a level where you cannot use the doors during your visit, we reserve the right to refuse entry into the building.
• The Leofric Legends is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by any events or circumstances beyond its control.
• Unregistered guests are not permitted to enter the hotel without staff permission. Allowing them access may result in you being asked to vacate the property with no refund(s) given.
  • This does not include entry into the 'Guildhall' (also referred to as 'The Cave', 'The Cellar', 'The Bar') or the antiques collectible and oddities shops, as a staff member will be present in these locations if they are unlocked.
