We understand that sometimes plans change and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. However, we kindly ask you to respect our cancellation policy and inform us as soon as possible if you cannot stay with us.
The following policy applies to all bookings made directly with us.

Standard Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation at least 14 days before your check-in date, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
If you cancel your reservation within 14 days of your check-in date, you will not receive any refund, and the full amount of your booking will be charged.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or other extraordinary circumstances, we will consider refunds or cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team with the necessary documentation to support your request.
We reserve the right to cancel your reservation in case of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative accommodation or a full refund.
Group Bookings
For group bookings, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please contact our customer service team for more information on group booking cancellation policies.
Non-Refundable Rates
Some of our packages, deals and offers are non-refundable. In such cases, no refunds will be given for cancellations or changes to the reservation. Please check the package, deal or offer details at the time of booking to determine if it is refundable or not.

What Applies to All Bookings
